Public offer

1. General terms

This document is the official public offer of the sole proprietor (hereinafter — the “Provider”) and contains all essential terms for granting access to the Reflera service (hereinafter — the “Service”).

Reflera is a mobile application for self-reflection, journaling and personal growth using artificial intelligence technologies.

By paying for a subscription or using the Service, you (hereinafter — the “User”) fully accept the terms of this offer.

The offer comes into force from the moment of acceptance and remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled by the parties.

2. Subject of the offer

The Provider grants the User access to the functionality of the Reflera Service under the terms of the selected subscription plan.

The list of features available within each plan and current prices are indicated on the main page in the “Plans” section and in the mobile application.

3. Services for individuals only

Reflera provides services exclusively to natural persons (consumers) for personal, non‑commercial use.

The Provider does not conclude contracts and does not provide services to legal entities.

4. Plans and pricing

The Service offers the following subscription plans:

  • Basic (free) — journals, goals, chats, notes, summaries and tests with usage limits.
  • Premium (monthly) — $7.99/month. Includes 7-day free trial. Everything in Basic without limits, voice input, attachments and early access to new features.
  • Premium (yearly) — $69.99/year (save 27% compared to monthly billing). All Premium features included.

Current prices and limits are always shown on the main page in the “Plans” section and in the app. The Provider reserves the right to change prices with prior notice to Users.

5. Payment and subscription management

Access to paid features is provided on a subscription basis. Available payment methods depend on the region, platform and channel selected by the User: in‑app purchases via App Store or Google Play, or card payment on the Provider’s website via a payment provider (acquirer). The terms of the selected payment method apply to the User.

When paying via App Store or Google Play:

  • the payment is processed by Apple or Google; the contractual relationship regarding payment acceptance is regulated by the rules of the respective app store;
  • the subscription is managed within the chosen store; auto‑renewal (if enabled) continues until it is cancelled in Apple ID or Google Play account settings;
  • subscription cancellation and disabling auto‑renewal are performed by the User in the account settings of the respective store;
  • after cancellation, access to paid features usually remains until the end of the already paid billing period, according to the store rules.

When paying on the Provider’s website (bank card and other methods available from the payment provider):

  • the payment is accepted by the payment provider on behalf of the Provider; transaction details and receipts are provided under the provider’s rules;
  • the subscription agreement is concluded with the Provider; subscription accounting is maintained by the Service;
  • the subscription may be automatically renewed for the next billing period unless the User cancels it before the end of the current period — as specified at checkout and in the Service interface;
  • cancellation of auto‑renewal and refusal of further renewal are performed via the user account on the website (if available) and/or by contacting the Provider's support at reflera.contact@gmail.com with sufficient account identification data;
  • after cancellation, access to paid features remains until the end of the paid period, unless otherwise specified in the Service interface at the time of payment.

6. Provision of access (digital service)

Reflera is a digital service; there is no physical delivery of goods.

Access to the paid subscription features is provided after payment confirmation: for App Store / Google Play — after the store confirms the transaction; for website payments — after confirmation by the payment provider.

To use the Service you need a device with the Reflera app (where applicable) and an internet connection.

7. Refunds

The refund procedure depends on the payment method.

For payments via App Store or Google Play, refunds, dispute handling and claims are regulated by the rules of the respective platform. The User submits requests using Apple or Google tools, including:

  • Apple: the “Report a Problem” section (reportaproblem.apple.com) and subscription settings in Apple ID;
  • Google Play: Google Play Help and Support for users (including support.google.com/googleplay).

For payments made on the Provider’s website, refunds are processed by the Provider in accordance with this offer and consumer protection laws. The User may request a full refund of the paid amount within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the subscription charge by contacting reflera.contact@gmail.com. Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase, within the timeframes determined by the payment provider and the User's bank, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For questions about subscriptions, payments and refunds, the User can also contact the Provider's support at reflera.contact@gmail.com.

If a free trial is offered when subscribing, no charge is made until the end of the trial period, provided that the User cancels in accordance with the rules of the chosen payment method.

8. Service usage rules

The User agrees to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and personal use.
  • Not upload offensive, harmful or illegal content.
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.
  • Not use the Service to distribute spam, malware or other prohibited materials.

9. User content

The User retains ownership of the content they create in the Service (entries, messages, goals, etc.).

By using Reflera, the User grants the Provider a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service functionality and generate personalized AI‑based insights.

10. AI‑generated content

Messages, summaries and insights generated by artificial intelligence are provided “as is”.

The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI outputs.

The User is solely responsible for decisions made based on AI‑generated content.

AI content does not constitute medical, psychological or any other professional advice.

11. Access limitation and blocking

The Provider reserves the right to limit or block the User's access to the Service in case of:

  • Violation of this offer.
  • Use of the Service for illegal purposes.
  • Uploading prohibited content.
  • Attempts of unauthorized access or disruption of the Service.

In case of blocking, the User will be notified by email. Refunds are not provided if access is blocked due to violation of this offer.

12. Limitation of liability

The Provider is not liable for losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including AI‑generated recommendations and insights.

The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

The Provider is not responsible for the actions of third parties (payment systems, app stores).

13. Governing law

This offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

All disputes arising in connection with this offer are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached — in court at the place of registration of the Provider.
