- Personal Information: name, email, profile photo, age, gender, country.
- App Content: journal entries, chat messages, goals, summaries, test results, and other generated content.
- Device & Analytics Data: device information, usage statistics, and event data collected through Google Analytics and Sentry.
- Login Data: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive authentication information provided by these services.
- Camera: the app may request camera access only so you can attach photos to notes or chat. Uploaded images may be stored on our servers as part of your conversation and are kept secure.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to:
- Personalize your experience and app content.
- Generate AI-powered responses and summaries using third-party AI service providers.
- Analyze app usage to improve performance and user experience.

- Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring.

To provide AI-powered features, chat messages, journal entries, and other content necessary to generate responses and recommendations may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers. Data is shared only to the extent necessary to process your request. Retention periods at AI providers are governed by their own privacy policies.
We do not sell or disclose your data to any other third parties.
5. Data Storage and Deletion
You can clear your data and delete your account at any time in the app settings.
We store your information securely and only for as long as necessary to provide our services.

Reflera is not intended for individuals under the age of 9.
