Reflera ("we," "our," "us") provides a mobile application designed to help users record thoughts, set goals, and receive AI-based insights. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Personal Information: name, email, profile photo, age, gender, country, and optional “about me” profile text.
App Content: journal entries, notes, goals, chat messages, summaries, test results, assistant settings, and other content you create in the app.
Images: photos you attach to journals, notes, chats, or other features (from the camera or your photo library).
Device & Analytics Data: device information, usage statistics, and event data collected through Google Analytics and Sentry.
Login Data: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive authentication information provided by these services.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

Personalize your experience and app content.
Generate AI-powered responses, summaries, insights, and recommendations using OpenAI, after you give consent in the app.
Analyze app usage to improve performance and user experience.
Provide user insights and visualized analytics.

4. Data Sharing

We only share limited data with trusted third-party services:

Google Analytics — analytics and usage tracking.
Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring.
OpenAI — processes content needed to provide AI-powered features of the Service.
Authentication providers (Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple) — for account sign-in.

Sharing with OpenAI. To provide AI features (assistant replies, summaries, insights, generations, and similar), after you grant consent in the app we may transmit to OpenAI the data needed to process your request. This may include: journal entries, notes, goals, chat messages, summaries, attached photos, profile details you provided (such as name, age, gender, country, and “about me”), and assistant settings. We share only what is necessary for that request.

We do not send your password, payment details, or Apple ID credentials to OpenAI.

OpenAI processes this data according to its own privacy policy: OpenAI Privacy Policy. We require that OpenAI provide a level of protection for personal data that is no less protective than the protections described in this Privacy Policy, to the extent applicable to the processing performed for us.

If you do not consent to AI processing, AI-powered features of Reflera will not be available, and your content will not be sent to OpenAI for those features.

We do not sell or disclose your data to any other third parties.

5. Data Storage and Deletion

You can clear your data and delete your account at any time in the app settings.

We store your information securely and only for as long as necessary to provide our services.

6. Legal Basis and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Armenia.

7. Children's Privacy

Reflera is not intended for individuals under the age of 9.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated version.
